As of April 1st, we are told that stock items are shipping in about 3 business days. Custom products are shipping in about 23 business days.
A few reminders from your DeerTags.com team:
- Allflex fulfills orders in the order received, so it is recommended to go ahead and place your order now to ensure you are in the queue.
- The only information we receive from Allflex regarding orders is that the order was received and then the tracking number when it ships. We do not know where it is in their production queue nor what the ship date will be.
- Tracking information is sent to you via email as soon as we receive it. You can also check on your order at https://www.deertags.com/pages/order-status
- These production timeframes apply to all custom tag orders across all Allflex distributors. No Allflex distributor is able to offer a faster turnaround timeframe as all custom tag orders are printed on the same machines at the Allflex facilities.

To our customers, as we work through these weather challenges, we hope you are well and safe. This is an unprecedented weather event, causing challenges for our customers over an extensive area. We know that the care of animals is difficult on good days, let alone the extreme cold and dangerous conditions we’ve faced for well over a week. Our thoughts are with you, as animals continue to need our care, no matter what the conditions.
Due to significant weather events in the DFW area, we continue to work on restarting our plant. With improving conditions we plan to initiate production on Saturday, February 20th.
As we restart our facility, it will take us time to get back to full production, primarily due to staffing and ensuring the safety of our employees.
We understand the importance of every order and appreciate your patience and understanding, as we work through the backlog created by this significant weather event that has affect a large portion of the country.
